AVID Program for 8th grade students
eAchieve Academy is the only online charter school in Wisconsin currently offering the AVID program. We offer the program by invitation only to students in grades 8 through 12. The class is considered an elective.
How does online school work for 8th graders?
All classes are taught by experienced, Wisconsin-certified teachers. Course work is assigned online, and students submit their work and take tests online. All students are provided a pace chart for each class to help them stay on track, and every student has an academic advisor to help them stay on course toward graduation. Although there are no classrooms, eAchieve offers weekly, teacher-led “eSessions” that give students the opportunity to engage in discussions and interact with other students.
