Course Description

Essential principles of human anatomy and physiology are presented, beginning with basic chemistry, cell and tissue studies, and building to an organ/organ system level. Most of the curriculum for the year is a progression of an overview of all the body systems. Intended as a survey course for those interested in health and/or medical programs, and as a general science elective course.
