Are you interested in how a restaurant operates? This hands-on food preparation course teaches the skills needed to be successful in the culinary and hospitality industry, on of the largest in the nation.

  1. Research and analyze the training, educational options and professional traits essential to success in the Culinary and Hospitality industry.
  2. Create food products utilizing professional culinary techniques while observing work place safety and food sanitation.
  3. Critique functionality and efficiency of restaurant equipment, menu design and protocol.
