Waukesha School District residents can use an immediate in-district transfer to finish the current school year at eAchieve Academy

School District of Waukesha residents who want to transfer to eAchieve Academy must submit the in-district transfer form to their school counselor AND also follow a few additional steps:

  1. Discuss your reasons for wanting to transfer to eAchieve Academy with your counselor at your current school.
  2. If transferring to eAchieve Academy still seems like a good idea, your counselor will coordinate a meeting with you and the eAchieve Academy counselor
  3. If it still seems like an appropriate move, administrative approval will be pursued.

Students who are currently being homeschooled, attend a private school, or just moved to Waukesha also need to complete the in-district transfer form, but will submit it directly to the eAchieve Academy office:

Take online classes from anywhere in the state without transferring districts

Wisconsin students also have the option of remaining enrolled in their current school district while taking all of their classes online through eAchieve. This is ideal for students who want to continue to play sports at their local school while taking online classes.

To take advantage of this enrollment option, your resident school district will need to sign a Tuition Agreement Contract with the School District of Waukesha.

To get started, print a copy of our Virtual Education Tuition Agreement, complete all information and collect the necessary signatures.

Then mail, fax, or email the tuition agreement to eAchieve:
