Physical Science Physics

Description:

In this introduction to Physics, students will cover the basic concepts of physics including motion, forces, energy, momentum, gravity, thermodynamics, waves, sound, light, electrostatics, magnetism, electrical circuits, and quantum structure. The course uses a variety of methods of instruction, including reading, research, online discussion, experiments, and problem solving. Students will be assessed on both their knowledge of factual information and their application of those concepts to real world situations.
